Groups

We accept any type of group that would like to do a fundraiser for their community or their individual group. We are looking for groups and organizations - any size can sell berries. Some of the groups that we have worked with include: Rotary Club, Boy Scouts, Churchs, youth groups (raise money for trips), mission trips (raise money for the team), home school groups (raise money for a field trip), public schools, preschools (raise money for playground equipment), individuals for profit income - raise money to put towards your family vacation.

We already have several groups in fundraisers for this upcoming growing season, but we are looking for many more.

• Step by step “how to” class on the ins and outs of this procedure - learn what we did at last year’s sale.
• The best way to bring in buyers is by social media  Facebook, Twitter, Text and e-mail. Setting up sales booths still work also. There are other ways like flyers, but this have cost to it.
• No out of pocket cost to you - only profit.

• Your group can choose to collect money ahead of time to make the process easier the day of sale.

• No money is due to us until after your group holds its sale.
• It is best to start you fundraiser about 4 weeks out from day of delivery. Delivery day will be picked around May 1 of each year. the delivery date will be around the first of June every year.
• Pre orders means you know how much is needed ahead of time. Also pre orders helps the pack house know how many berries they will need. It also helps us know which kind of trucking we will need to get berries to you.
• Monday morning before blueberries are to be delivered the orders will be stopped so farmer can get correct pounds to pack house.
• Blueberries will be picked three to four days before they are delivered to you.
• If your order is over 700 pounds we deliver to you, all other groups we will have a central location to meet.
• Your buyers come to your place for pick up you do not need to deliver.
• We will give support to the group from the first meeting until the last order is delivered. (We will even help you get ready ahead of time for next year's sale.)
