Fundraiser Opportunities

Groups

We accept any type of group that would like to do a fundraiser for their community or their individual group. We are looking for groups and organizations - any size can sell berries. Some of the groups that we have worked with include: Rotary Club, Boy Scouts, churches, youth groups (raise money for trips), mission trips (raise money for the team), home school groups (raise money for a field trip), public schools, preschools (raise money for playground equipment), individuals for profit income - raise money to put towards your family vacation, and nurseries (help raise awareness about your nursery and produce). Or to begin or support a co-op or just for a Blowout Bash.

We already have several groups interested in fundraiser's for this upcoming growing season, but we are looking for many more.

 

Preparation

• All berries are pre-packaged in 2lb clam shells ready for you to distribute (all leaves, branches, etc. have already been removed for your customers).
• No out of pocket cost to you - only profit.
• Pre collection of money means no worrying about money on day of distribution.
• $1.00 goes to your group on each pound sold.
• Blueberries will be sold below retail cost, even with your $1.00 group profit.
• Pre orders means you know how much is needed ahead of time.
• We will give support to the committee from the first time meeting until the last order is delivered. (We will even help you get ready ahead of time for next year's sale.)
• Blueberries delivered in a refrigeration unit to a central location. We will have refrigeration units available for any large orders to use at their site.
• Step by step “how to” class on the ins and outs of this procedure - learn what we did at last year’s sale.
• Here is an idea of how it worked last year for our church. We sold 50,000 pounds in three weeks. Four days before the first sale we had 10,485 pounds pre-ordered, just by sending out emails and word of mouth.
